Yoghurt Cooling PHE

Plate Heat Exchangers are the units where milk is cooled down to the the inoculation temperature- 45 0C- ofyoghurt after being pasteurised by Sp Makina Plate Pasteuriser or Sp Makina Tank Pasteuriser.

The cooling down should be applied very quickly after the milk reaches the desired temperature for the relevant cheese type. Hence the capacity of PHE should be selected for cooling the milk in 15 or maximum 30 minutes.
