In Traditional/Creamy Yoghurt production, yoghurt milk pasteurized in Sp Makina Plate Pasteurizer or Sp Makina Milk Heating/Pasteurization Tank is filled directly into containers without being taken into fermentation tanks.
After the containers cool down to the fermentation temperature, the fermentation process is started by quickly fermenting through the Sp Makina Fermentation Tube.
The fermentation tube is placed on a stainless steel platform base and is integrated with a pump that will ensure the addition of yeast. Valves that will direct the yeast flow are available on the unit.
The guns that will provide fermentation are integrated ready for use at the end of the food hose in the unit.
It can be easily transported mobilely with four wheels located at the four corners of the platform floor.
