Set yoghurt is inoculated as bulk inside Yoghurt Fermentation Tanks and fermentation takes place inside the tank. Than the curd is breaken/mixed and filled into cups after being cooled down.
Stirred Yoghurt is hot-filled into cups and cooled down to 45 0C slowly. Sp Makina Inoculation Tubes are used for inoculationg the milk inside the cups with yoghurt culture while processing Stirred Yoghurt. Fermentation occurs inside the cups at isolated fermentation rooms.
Pre-prepared bacterial culture is pumped from the Sp Makina Culture Preperation Tank and the yoghurt cups are inoculated one by one manually.
