Once the Churning process is over; fats get crystallised form and milk cream completely turns to Butter, which has much higher aromatic features, more acidic and longer shelf life.

Sp Makina Butter Forming&Weighing machines are used for the purpose of cutting butter blocks in desired weight and shape. Different shapes of mould, e.g cylindirical, rectangular and etc…can be fixed to the outlet optionally.
