As much as milk cream is a good source of energy and provides high level of nutrition for human beings, it is a perfect media for bacterial growth as well. For this reason it has to be pasteurised for preventing the growth of harmful bacterias and extending the shelf life of the final product while increasing its' textural and structural properties.
 
Cream can be pasteurised by Sp Makina Plate/Tubular Pasteurisers or by Sp Makina Heating Tanks.
 
First one is mostly preferred by high processing capacities as it is a contunious system while Heating Tanks arefor small/medium capacities of butter processing. In case of using Plate/Tubular Pasteurisers; an isolated Cream Maturatian Tank has to be installed to the process line after pasteurisation is completed. Heating Tanks can serve for both Pasteurisation and Maturation, which makes it a much more affordable investment for Butter Processing. 
 
Heating tank can be equipped with a scrapper (optionally) for providng homogenous heating and preventing the cream from sticking onto tank wall surface.

Heating : Steam/Electrtic
Rotating Speed : 0-50 rpm ( Electronic Speed Control)
